And sometimes you are that person for someone else. That is the part people miss. Collaboration is not weakness. It is leverage with a human heartbeat. Business does not have to be everyone silently climbing their own mountain pretending they have it all figured out. We can share ideas. We can make introductions. We can build better conversations.
