Social Media Hands Off System
Something BIG is Dropping in The Business Lab... (Mark Your Calendars!) Real talk: How many times this week did you tell yourself, "I really need to post on social today," only to get buried in client delivery, admin, and putting out fires? Most small business owners are trapped in the content grind or worse, completely silent because there just aren't enough hours in the day. We’ve spent the last several months BUILDING and dialing in an end-to-end Done-For-You AI Marketing Engine from scratch. We took the exact framework popularized by Sabrina Ramonov (using a 7-skill AI agent to write in your voice, grade hooks, generate visuals, and schedule across multi-channels) and turned it into a turnkey, hands-off system. And yes... it works. No more staring at a blank screen. No more inconsistent posting. No more hiring overpriced agencies that don't know your business. We’re officially rolling out our new DFY Marketing Offer to this community first very soon. Drop a "NEED THIS" in the comments if content consistency has been a bottleneck for you lately? community members will get first dibs on early-bird access. See the calendar and save the date. This will be the next topic over the next several weeks in the business lab.

New here? Pull up a chair!!!
💙 We actually want to know what you’re building. We’ve had some new faces join Business Lab, so first, welcome. @Jenny Rader-Bakos This is not a community where you need to pretend everything in your business is polished and figured out. Bring the thing that is working. Bring the thing that keeps breaking. Bring the idea you are excited about, the system you are trying to clean up, the AI tool you are experimenting with, or the business problem you have been staring at for way too long. Business Lab works best when we actually know each other. That is where useful conversations, collaboration, resources, and sometimes completely unexpected connections start happening. So if you’re new, jump into the comments and tell us: What do you do, what are you building right now, and what is one thing you would love some perspective or support on? And if you’ve been here for a minute, go say hello to someone new. You never know who might have the exact experience, idea, or connection someone else needs. Really glad you’re here. Let’s build some cool stuff together. 💙

@Jenny Rader-Bakos Just posted it I'm working on a collaboration project in another community while also understanding how to best collab with ours. Kajabi, Skool and GHL - just posted the one thing I was tackling this morning. Feel free to share your community and/or GPT insights
WIN: 6+ hours of platform research done in one sitting — and a completely different seat at the table
Did you know The Business Lab is partnering with KBLF? We'll be continuing to add their events to our calendar. Stay tuned for those details. Learn more and watch this great video of their 1 year Anniversary as we're excited to be a part of year 2! - https://www.facebook.com/share/v/195nJaFaCb/ KBLF recently added kajabi as their platform. The Business Lab is supporting to build out their Kajabi platform with 3 platform tools. We have a technology strategy call Wednesday so I wanted some research to identify the best route. @Bindu Chowritmootoo shared our overview but for our community wanted to share what I learned. Not to mention how I just saved 6 hours of time. Instead of grinding through it manually, I leveraged River — our agentic AI powerhouse and here's what got done in about an hour of back-and-forth: ✅ Researched Kajabi's real limitations across help docs, reviews, and tutorials (~3 hrs manually and this is the part that eats people alive, because the answers are scattered AND half the YouTube content shows the old interface. River caught that the UI changed in 2025 before it wasted a single training session) ✅ Built a full platform comparison — Kajabi vs GHL vs Skool across 13+ areas, plus how they blend into ONE system instead of competing tools (~1.5 hrs manually) ✅ Drafted the exec summary, a complete tag taxonomy doc (example), the build-order strategy, and an ordered question list for our upcoming call (~2 hrs manually) Call it 6.5–7.5 hours of work, done before the call even started. But here's the real win, and it's not the hours: We're strategizing with other partners. Best part about this session is it nailed down the ONE question that unlocks everything (which plan tier they're on for Kajabi). A potential landmine nobody may have seen coming (Kajabi has ONE global unsubscribe — one opt-out click removes a member from EVERYTHING), and blind spots identified for both systems but how they both work for the win together!

Having a system is not the same as having the right system!
Business owners are constantly told they need a CRM, automation, better workflows, and more tools. But nobody talks enough about what happens when the system does not match the way the business actually operates, is not set up correctly, or is so damn complicated that nobody uses it. The right system should support how opportunities come in, who responds, how conversations are tracked, how appointments get booked, where handoffs happen, and what the owner needs to see. It should make responsibilities clearer, strengthen follow-through, reduce missed opportunities, and stop the entire process from living inside one person’s head. But choosing the system is only part of it. You also need to know how it works, how to set it up around your real process, what features are worth paying for, and how to use the benefits without creating more chaos. That is exactly the kind of practical conversation we have inside Business Lab. Tonight, we’re continuing our four-week CRM series by breaking down the different types of CRMs, what they are actually built to do, and how to recognize which one fits your business. If you are trying to choose a CRM, questioning the one you already have, or paying for a system you barely understand, you want to be in this room tonight. @Jordanna Shean it was an awesome call!
Is your CRM a powerhouse?
Hey Business Lab Family! Let’s talk about a major friction point we see every single day: treating a CRM like a digital Rolodex instead of an operational powerhouse. It’s easy to sign up for software, but if your setup isn't actively catching leads, automating your follow-ups, and helping you build genuine relationships at scale... it’s just sitting there draining your monthly budget. Not all systems are created equal. The power isn't just in having software it’s in the infrastructure behind it. When your backend is built right: 1. No lead gets left behind: Speed-to-lead happens automatically. 2. Your follow-up stays human: You love on your network without drowning in manual tasks. 3. Your revenue becomes predictable: You stop leaking prospects who were ready to buy. That is why we built The Business Lab to give you the exact blueprints, mastermind support, and tools to refine your space. Quick Action Step for Today: Take 5 minutes to audit your current setup. Are your leads being nurtured automatically, or are they slipping through the cracks? Drop your biggest CRM headache in the comments below let’s troubleshoot it together MASTERMIND style on Thursdays call 600 pm CST!
