Let’s simplify the noise 🔊 No food makes you fat No, it’s not your metabolism, and lemon water isn’t melting anything but your patience. 🍋❌ Fat loss comes down to one thing Eating fewer cals than you burn. But most of us get trapped by BS myths that sabotage progress before we start Try this instead: ✔️ Include a fistful of lean protein (chicken, fish, Greek yoghurt) ✔️ Use zero-cal drinks to bump hunger & get that sweet hit ✔️ Don’t slash your calories to hell, a 250–300 cal deficit is enough to start seeing wins What’s one myth YOU believed at the start of your journey? Want to grow muscle? Then don't train like a softie.
Your last set should should be like you're going to battle... Grimace. Grunt. The eccentric portion of your last rep slower than a snail on Benadryl. 🐌 Truth be told, if you're finishing a set & scrolling the gram within 10 sec, you didn’t train hard enough. You gotta push to 1–3 reps from failure 🔥 Track your lifts & aim to beat last week by 1 rep or 1kg 🔥 Focus on fewer movements, with more efficiency. Lift with some intent. Muscle growth doesn’t come from variety. It comes from intensity. Be honest with yourself are you training hard enough? Feel free to share your hardest set this week below 👇

Trying to Lose Fat but Keep Blowing Out on Weekends?
Trust me guys, weekends aren’t the problem. It’s the toxic all-or-nothing thinking that is. I've been there, trust me. So here's some advice... ✅ Stop “saving calories” all week just to binge on a Saturday. ✅ Anchor your weekends with 3 solid meals that are high in protein and fibre. ✅ By all means still enjoy a treat, but plan it and stick to your calories for the day, don't overthink it. Fat loss isn’t about being perfect, nobody is. It’s about being consistent when life gets busy. ⏲️ What’s one thing you’ll do differently this weekend to stay on track? Let’s hear it. 👇
