I believe this also. We usually can make money and steady money for years with one skill and a connection to make the real estate deals go through in lots of cases. For example: credit repair people or mortgage brokers, carpenters, etc

Yes this is true. When we least expect it, that deal calls our postcards or something back and wants to talk to see what’s out there for their property
