My win is that my body is getting stronger 🙌🏽 @Joe Carabase I continue to use the exercises you shared with me and it’s been a game changer. I can’t thank you enough! I decided to allow myself a treat. I added peanut M&M’ to my popcorn during the snowstorm, and the next day I experienced stomach discomfort and bloating. On the flip side, I’m glad I did it because now the desire is completely gone and I realized I didn’t really miss or enjoy it as much. Lessons learned that’s where my power lies 🙏🏽

My win was fitting into my jeans ☺️🥳 The struggle this week was not sticking to my boundaries at work; however, the workouts and meditation helped keep me grounded. One day at a time 🙏🏽

I’m proud of my consistency. I’ve been able to reduce my sugar intake as I am being mindful and reading labels. It’s a daily struggle as there is sugar in most things. The key to my success is avoiding all processed food and eating as clean as I possibly can. One day at a time 🙏🏽

1. I am proud of my consistency, as I am now prioritizing my well being. 2. I would like to start meditating daily for at least two minutes. 3. I would like to stop eating sugar. 4. I will keep prioritizing and stay focused on my well being. I am resilient and strong! ☺️

I am proud of myself for managing my food intake over the holiday. However, I did allow myself to splurge without judgement. Like Donna, I was shy on calories to compensate for the larger meals. Today is a new day!
