@Amy Elizabeth I am taking ashwaghanda spirulina and chlorella as I’m low in iron and plant based omega 3. I’ve heard iron is better absorbed with say spinach and citrus together but unsure about other elements of B12 (from raw foods) What do you find to be your best sources?

Happy Sunday☀️ I’m super curious, what are your easiest go-to raw vegan dinner recipes?🙏 I feel like I’m stuck in a zoodles-with-tomato-sauce and kimbap-with-cauliflower-rice rotation😂and I’m craaaving some new textures. I’d love some ideas for dinners that are easy/quick, satisfying, and filling without feeling too heavy, if that makes sense🥰

I haven’t tried kelp noodles yet so definitely up for experimenting! Loving my salads but need a way to not have the red onion be so strong…any ideas?
