I think I know what you mean David. We now have a private express trust and all our assets have been deposited into it. I did wonder if it would be looked at as if the trust has been set up to simply avoid handing money over the council or tax man but life is one big learning curve so we will see. The thing is, if THEY the SYSTEM had been honest with us from the get go I would have told them to jog on years ago. I guess I want to see written documentary evidence that I the living man has to do as you/they wish, as you/they require. Also we must remember that when we buy say a house the ultimate beneficial interest lies with the person who paid for the house. So it could be argued that 25 years ago I paid for our property. In that essence a trust was formed. In recent months we have simply formulised and documented this instrument. For years I was a good boy. Then I discovered what all of us here have learnt, that we have two Bob's and the system is all about presumption. THEY are presuming that little Bob will take ownership of all the crap that has been placed on big BOB'S shoulders. As we know under equity law for anyone/company/corporation to extract monies from someone there has to be a bilateral agreement. A contract of some sort. I have also asked that they provide a document/ instrument that shows that little Bob has transfered all of his beneficial interest and inalienable rights over to BIG BOB. As we know BIG BOB is simply a label - a few letters on a form that you and I had absolutely nothing to do with. Finally I have asked them to show me the authority that they have over little Bob the living man, because as far as I can tell all of these contracts work by little Bob acting as joinder - the agent. I don't know if any of this will work, but I have come to a point in my life where I don't care - the fear has gone. This could all blow up in my face. The enforcers aided by plod could come down and completely ignore all the Trust disclaimers that I have put up, but that's a hurdle for later.
