Hi all, I wanted to apologise for my lack of attendance in here for a while and share what I have been up to. My Projects: 🚔I had my car cloned and have had a battle with 16 Speeding/Driving Offence Claims and to date 9 Parking tickets. Solution I used - I created a Template and used AI to send replies and track each project and have requested DVLA give the Car (which has a trust as the registered keeper) a new number plate. I have not de-registered it as I do use it for work. ⚡Utility Company are coming to apparently coming to change our meters to pre-pay in October - which is not happening. Method I used: I have set off the debt with a bond 🏡Mortgage and a Loan: I have set off the debt with a bond and accepted for value. They still send me a balance, which I always reply to with an accepted-for-value notice. I also still send them the normal questions with this notice, which they never answer. 🪪Credit Card 1: I have set off the debt with a bond - the company is arguing so ongoing... Credit card 2: Moved them into default and bin, and further requests ✅Elective Home Education: Trying to force schooling for my offspring Method I used: Affidavit of living, Lien on the Manager, Declaration of Living, and asking them to prove their authority, which seemed to do the trick, and they have formally cancelled the process in writing. 💦Water company: ongoing Method I used: Prove you have a lawful right to charge me and prove it is safe to drink. 🤪HMRC Personal: Ongoing Method I used: Prove you have a lawful standing over a Man - moved them into default, and I just record and send the self-assessments back now, with some wording on the envelopes I am trying. ✅ HMRC for old Ltd Company Method I used: I accepted for value and set off with a bond; it has been a few months and all quiet so far... ✅ Council Tax: Summons for 4th Nov 2026 👀 Method I am using: This time I am trying the Bond, as I am seeing a lot of silence at the moment with the bond, and I got a CCJ last time when I tried the Office of Executor

Great chat tonight. This is the section from the Bills of Exchange Act 1882 I mentioned. Could it really be this simple? A signature on blank piece of paper... 20 Inchoate instruments. (1)Where a simple signature on a blank . . .paper is delivered by the signer in order that it may be converted into a bill, it operates as a prima facie authority to fill it up as a complete bill for any amount . . . F4, using the signature for that of the drawer, or the acceptor, or an indorser; and, in like manner, when a bill is wanting in any material particular, the person in possession of it has a prima facie authority to fill up the omission in any way he thinks fit. (2)In order that any such instrument when completed may be enforceable against any person who became a party thereto prior to its completion, it must be filled up within a reasonable time, and strictly in accordance with the authority given. Reasonable time for this purpose is a question of fact. Provided that if any such instrument after completion is negotiated to a holder in due course it shall be valid and effectual for all purposes in his hands, and he may enforce it as if it had been filled up within a reasonable time and strictly in accordance with the authority given. In South Africa the administrative system under, what they call positive law, have a situation whereby the courts uphold statutes as binding because they were passed procedurally, regardless of legitimacy. They essentially ignore the challenge to produce the agency contract or produce the instrument of beneficial interest transfer. Authority derives from constitutional procedure and parliamentary sovereignty and therefore they enforce statutes until a "higher" authority strikes it down. I imagine there are procedures and processes that can override this presumption if they ignore consent.
