I Refused To Accept “This Is Just Aging”
Six months before my 40th birthday, I was a mess. I had constant pain in my lower back, shoulders, and stomach. I couldn’t walk more than a mile without my legs starting to ache. I caught some kind of cold almost every month sometimes lasting weeks and most mornings I struggled just going to the toilet. And honestly I dreaded my days. 😔 That was the point where I couldn’t take the suffering anymore and my health journey started. 🚶‍♂️ And let me tell you it's been a journey full of “surely that can’t be right,” moments of disbelief, and more than a few shocks. What I discovered was this: My pain and problems weren’t random, they were the predictable result of living the modern lifestyle, the food I was eating, the sleep I was getting, how I used (and didn’t maintain) my body, and even my constant technology consumption. The worst part? The way I felt was classed as “normal.” Just part of aging. Even though I wasn’t even 40. 🚫 No I refused to accept that. 🚫 Life couldn’t be that unfair that you get 20 decent adult years and then decline for decades. So let me make a few things clear: - Pain and constant suffering are not normal from your 30s onwards. ❌ - Your health problems are not your fault and they can be sorted. ✅ - It is never too late to start getting healthy. ⏳ - The modern lifestyle keeps you trap in suffering and make you think it’s normal. 🧠 - No one is coming to save you, it starts with you. - The modern food industry prioritises mass production and profit not your health. - You have been kept in the dark about this because fixing it would disrupt the food industry too much. If you’re thinking, “It can’t be that bad,” you’re not alone. That’s exactly what I thought. But here’s the good news change is happening. 📈 Research is growing, private investment is going into health and people like me are working to help others escape the modern lifestyle trap.

Oh this is very correct 💯 Most industries focus on making profits not peoples health and that food has affected many peoples health. But thanks for recovering

Everyone Has a Story... Dream Share Inspire!
I made a committment to myself 2 years ago that I would start a podcast and create 10 episodes, interviewing and highlighting other people in the world. I believe that if someone has a dream, and they share their dream, they share the achievement of the dream... one day, someone might see it and become inspired... Inspire to dream themsleves. Dream | Share | Inspire became a very early motto of the business, almost foundational. And so here we are... This month there will be a new episode released every 2 days until I hit 10 episodes! Maybe even more as now I have 16 total ready. It all started from a youtube video I watched about this french guy walking solo to the south pole, unassisted and unsupported. He had a dream, He shared his story, He inspired me... It was called Solo to the South Pole and I was INSPIRED! From that was born my business Just Another Moment on a mission to build the Worlds Largest Travel Minded Mental Fitness Community! The aim of the Just Another Moment Podcast is to shine a light on peoples journeys in life, navigating Adventures, Mental Health Challenges and everything in between. It's one small step towards me creating The JAM foundation which will aim to fully fund peoples mental health requirements (Psychology & Medications etc...) The Just Another Moment Podcast is on Youtube & Spotify Soon to be on apple podcasts too! This episode with Mike Cameron was especially special, a truly fascinating man, with an incredible story, a 2 x Ted Talk Speaker and someone that I connected with right from the start! I'm always open to new connections and sharing my story and listening to others! I'd also love to hear your thoughts!

1 Action? 🤔
What's at least 1 simple action people are taking or have taken to grow their Skool community? I'm curious to know and see if maybe a collection could be curated here. Along with seeing the universal and common actions that have been effective.
