How I’m Scaling My Outreach (And How You Can Too)
Hey everyone! We are currently on Day 2 of my journey to win the Skool Games: 160 DMs sent. The goal is 1 client a day. While I'm still hunting for today's win, the real victory is the volume. Volume negates luck. If you're struggling to get clients, ask yourself: 'Have I sent enough messages today to actually deserve one?' I’m documenting this entire journey and sharing the exact strategies that work (and the ones that don't) in my community, while helping as much people with improving their speaking online. Join us here to watch the process live and support us HERE

I love @Ivan Ivanov 's material - it is clear and actionable. It clarifies what is going on and what to do next.
We had a win - one new Town Councillor elected
In March, we worked from a standing start to a win. A group came together - we sorted out internal strife, aligned efforts and got a candidate elected to a Town Council. On May 7th we face our next election. This time seven candidates over a much larger area. Instead of 200 voters, we are now working with 70,000. But even as we do that we need to support our new Town Councillor. It is one thing to win and another to get the Town to change direction and appreciate the work needed to mitigate against the Climate Crisis. From lofty world-changing ambitions to... the silent treatment from the Town Clerk, who has an empire of his own and who does not like the new upstart councillor. Time for a new lesson on what he needs to feel to move from resistance to assistance. The issue is not how best to fight him; instead, it is about how to help him adapt. Our new lesson handles the challenge of getting accepted, finding allies, and befriending enablers. The climate crisis is coming our way - it can be mitigated by action at all levels of government all over the world. The names may change, but the issues are the same. It takes leadership, patience and compassion to move the needle, and it may well start with how Town Clark is brought on board. To learn more about what we are doing... click below. 👉 Has2BGreen

@Ruben Plasmeijer Thank you, Ruben - the systems are still growing as the details become clearer. Next year we face an election with 21 candidates! So this is very important not only for this election but also for preparing for the next!
Stop overwhelming your audience
Hey everyone! Stop overwhelming your audience and start getting results 🚀 Most people think that to be an authority, they need to use big words and complex explanations. I Lost My Flame — But I Helped Win an Election
Has2BGreen is about teaching people about the climate crisis — but the real goal is something deeper: moving from knowledge to action. Helping ordinary people become capable of creating meaningful climate change solutions in the real world. A month ago I was selected as Campaigns Officer for our local Green Party. We had only a few weeks to run a campaign and try to elect a Green councillor to a Town Council that had never had one before. Our candidate was brilliant — dedicated, thoughtful and deeply committed to Green values — but the odds were not obviously in our favour. I have stood for UK Parliament twice before, but both times as what is called a “paper candidate.”You stand, you campaign, you promote the party — but realistically you know the chance of winning is extremely small. Both times I was largely left to run my own campaign. This time was different. A local team formed in just a few weeks, people stepped forward, volunteers appeared, and together we built a campaign almost from scratch. I had never run a campaign before, so it was a steep learning curve. As the campaign developed, I did what I tend to do — I built systems. Using my database background, I created tools to manage canvassing, track voters, organise volunteers and coordinate the work. In many ways this was exactly what Has2BGreen talks about:not just understanding the climate crisis — but learning how to organise people and systems to elect climate leaders. The workload was intense. On several days the campaign work was so full-on that I never even logged into Skool — and for the first time since starting Has2BGreen, I lost my flame. But last night the result came in. We won. Our candidate received 40% of the vote against two other candidates, and for the first time a Green Party councillor has been elected to that Town Council. It was a true team effort. And we learned an enormous amount. The story doesn’t stop here. Our next election is only seven weeks away.

The Weather Watchers Community
There is a difference between Climate Change and Weather. The first is all about long-term trends and patterns. Temperature changes that used to take place over hundreds of years are now occurring over decades. The second is what the forecast is for today or this week. Weather is fascinating in its own right; it makes for amazing sunsets and cloud formations, it waters out gardens and crops, and it changes what we wear. If you love the experience of weather and want to understand it better, here is the Skool for you: The Weather Watchers Community
