So yeah, I just opened a free Skool community called Athletic Living Collective. The vibe is pretty simple: athletic living for busy schedules. Short workouts, mobility, strength, consistency, and a place where people actually help each other show up. But I’m gonna be honest, I’m struggling with the “early days” part 😅 I opened it, I’m posting,(just changedmy idea and the structure of the community because i got no interactions😪) but getting members + real interaction has been harder than I expected. If you’ve grown a Skool community from 0 to active…What actually moved the needle for you?

One thing I’m noticing is that most creators don’t struggle with ideas — they struggle with execution and consistency once the community grows. Systems > motivation every time. Curious — what’s the first thing you’d delegate if you could?
