What’s Your Repurposing Stack for Content?
One of the smartest ways to scale is turning one video into many pieces of content. 👉 What’s your stack for repurposing across platforms — and which step saves you the most time?

Totally get where you’re coming from, one video can feel like a goldmine if you know how to mine it. i usually start by: 1) slicing the main video into 30–60 second clips for reels or shorts, 2) pulling quotes or tips to turn into carousel posts or tweets, 3) transcribing it to make a blog post or newsletter snippet. Alternatively, you can batch repurpose weekly, but it’s slower than doing it right after filming. Personally, step 1 saves me the most time since short clips perform well everywhere and keep content fresh without extra filming. For scaling even further, tools like outgrow let you turn content into interactive quizzes, calculators, and assessments that grab attention and generate leads effortlessly. Happy to DM my full repurposing checklist if anyone wants it.
😱WAIT?! What if we had a digital double of ourselves…🤔
Yoo, I was wondering right, what if we as creators had a digital double of ourselves. Something that is super authentic, feels & reflects emotion, shows empathy etc. This would be so cool, to just have a certain second version of yourself that is more knowledgeable and makes you smarter aswell. I would love this since I have a personal brand. Like what if we could have Augmented Intelligence take over our personal brands, client deliveries, acquisition systems etc Sick right! Love this idea, makes total sense for anyone building a personal brand. Start by mapping out the core parts of your voice and content style, capture key phrases or tones you always use, then test short automated replies or content drafts to see what feels authentic. Experiment with small batches first, the trade-off is time spent refining your digital double versus instant scaling. Tried something similar with a client’s newsletter and it cut draft time by half while keeping their voice intact. Happy to dm a quick framework for building your own ai-assisted personal brand.
Do you A/B test thumbnails and titles systematically, or just go with gut?
Do you A/B test thumbnails and titles in a structured way, or just trust your gut and move on? 👉 I’m curious if systems-driven testing actually wins out over instinct long-term.

Totally feel you, i used to just trust my gut too and ended up wasting a ton of clicks. What worked better: 1) et up a/b tests in batches of 2-3 thumbnails or titles at a time, 2) Run each test for at least 3-5 days or until 500-1000 impressions per variant, 3) Track ctr and watch for patterns rather than obsessing over tiny differences. As a faster alternative, just pick your top 2 performing ideas from past videos and rotate them weekly, but results are less precise. Ran this for a small channel and saw ctr jump 15% in a month, Happy to dm the test sheet template if you want.

Love the energy here, automating lead gen from youtube is a game changer if you want to scale without burning out. Start by pulling video transcripts into airtable, generate titles and descriptions with ai, and push leads to your email tool; then set up n8n to automate the workflow and keep everything synced. The trade-off is setup time versus hands-off growth, you’ll spend a few hours upfront but save dozens weekly. We’ve seen folks boost email capture even further using interactive quizzes and calculators from outgrow, Happy to dm a simple starter template if you want.
This is your sign to quit social media for 7 days
I haven’t scrolled on TikTok, YouTube shorts, Instagram, or anything like that for 8 months. I don’t watch TV shows, I don’t watch movies (except for school), and I don’t even watch YouTube videos (only my own). The most “entertaining” thing I do is listen to audiobooks. Most people have never even gone a single day without scrolling. Smokers can go weeks without smoking. But many people can’t go 24 hours without opening up social media. That shows how strong this addiction is. I tried to quit for years and failed. I tried dopamine detox, app blockers, even texting a friend every single day. Nothing worked. I always went back to scrolling. What finally worked for me was on January 16, 2025. That was the day I said: enough is enough. Since then, I haven’t scrolled once (think about that, it’s actually crazy) Here’s the thing: you don’t have to start by quitting forever. (even though the post suggests that) That’s too hard. You just need to prove to yourself that you can do it for 7 days. So here’s my challenge to you: - For the next 7 days, cut only one thing: short form content. - You can still watch a long YouTube video, or a movie if you want. - But no TikTok, no shorts, no reels. That’s it. 7 days. No short form content. After those 7 days, you’ll feel the difference, trust me. This is exactly what all my students and clients have done, all with very very good results. When’s the last time you went even one full day without scrolling? (ON PURPOSE)

Totally get it, quitting social media even for a few days feels impossible at first. Start by picking just one type of content to cut, like tiktok or reels, and track your cravings each time you reach for your phone. Replace that time with a 20–30 min audiobook, walk, or short journal session to prove to yourself you can survive without instant dopamine hits. The trade-off is boredom hits hard at first, but after 3–4 days you start noticing clarity and focus you didn’t realize you’d lost. I did this last january, skipped all shorts for 7 days, and ended up binge-reading 2 books in a week . Happy to dm a simple 7-day plan if you want.
