Ready to Master viral growth? I just learned this formula
I've been quietly working on my content calendar. I thought I was already pretty good at writing content.. But today, the formula I'm going to share has really boiled everything down into a viral growth staple. Start using this for all of your online content, written or video and your results with be far, far better than before. We all know consumers decide if they're going to consume content within the first three seconds. Once you have them viewing your content here's the first five sentences you must say in order to keep them reading. This works for Facebook Posts as written text. It works for YouTube videos to get millions of views. Even works in AD COPY Which makes this the most important formula you could ever know. I'll break it down and then explain it. 1. Start be introducing the character. 2. State the current situation and the pain. 3. Reveal the destination (where you're going with it) which is the shared desire. 4. Outline the mechanism (the plan) and how it works. 5. Follow it up with the results that will be achieved. Start by introducing the character. In an Ad it might be as simple as "Hey Contractors", or if you're telling a store about yourself "I'm Jonathon Byrdziak a 7-figure marketer". Or in a youtube video "This is Mr. Beast, the greatest content creator of all time!" State the current situation and the pain. The example if we're sticking with the Mr. Beast theme: "he's the absolute worst cook of all time." Remember that this should be a broad pain that many people can relate to. Reveal the Destination "But today, I'm going to teach him how to be a master chef." Everybody wants to be a master chef right? This is the destination, the outcome that everybody watching the video will also want to achieve. Outline the Mechanism "I'll put him through a rigorous cooking boot camp." On the screen you'd show the three steps that you'll break your content/video down into. The Results "At the end, Mr Beast will cook a chocolate cake, all by himself. Which also happens to be the most difficult dish in the kitchen."

A massive upgrade to the Ai Lead Finder
I've had my head down planning my Organic Marketing and creating the module to show you how to make a small audience wildly profitable. If you're sick and tired of cold calling and you just want to start onboarding clients, I suggest you check out that module. Over the weekend I also made some big upgrades to the extension. Really gave the Ai a lot more tools and direction on how to go about scraping. I'm still training it and giving it a lot more tools to use, but this is a major upgrade. It will now systematically hunt down missing data to create a full and accurate profile on every lead. In addition, I've fixed a lot of bugs, it now runs a lot smoother without maxing out on memory and locking up. It also cleans up after itself, so we're not left with a lot of abandoned tabs. Very exciting! This week I'm going through contracts with Alex Becker at Hyros to onboard him. I received a major inside look into my franchise and how they go about buying leads from the major marketplaces. My developer and I will be working on the inbound software the rest of this week so I can have full integration with Service Minder, the project management system for contractors. In this video I show you my updates and how to install it. https://outbound.clientbasis.com/register

@Jonathon Byrdziak Got your email - "mentally' I replied... but time got away from me - next thing I knew... I was in a new month. I'll circle back your way this week for sure. We can catch up on digital discoveries and nerd out for a few hours.

And is this statement correct?
Simple self-onboarding that walks you through setup step by step—automatically assigning you a new phone number, connecting to your Google Business Profile, and syncing with your calendar so your AI receptionist can start booking appointments instantly.

YALL ARE MISSING OUT!!
Hey awesome members of our (intimately small but mighty!) group, Let’s be real—mornings can be rough. Especially when you're trying to psych yourself up for cold calling. Honestly? I LOATHE cold calling. Like... passionately. 😂 BUT... something’s changed for me. Working alongside our brother Jonathan has been a game-changer. We’ve had some great back-and-forth, tossing around ideas and refining things so he could build a system that actually works for us—real talk, it’s been 🔥. So I just want to encourage all of you—come join us in the mornings, even if it’s just for an hour! You’ll soak up the gems he’s dropping and (most importantly) tap into the $$$ waiting for you. I mean, that’s why we’re here, right? We didn’t sign up for this to stay stuck in the 9-to-5 grind. We want freedom—and freedom takes effort. It starts with showing up, learning, dialing, and laughing through the process together. So come hang with us: Monday–Saturday | 7AM–9AM ESTBring your coffee, bring your questions, and let’s dial it in! We’re building something great—together. 💪
Calling leads based on seasonality makes a huge difference!
From our call today we nailed the timing for cold calling companies based on their industry. If you call them during peak season or dry season they will not be interested in hiring anybody for marketing services. Its an absolute waste of time to contact them during peak, ramp-down and dry season. The IDEAL time to call companies is 1-2 months pre-peak season and 1-2 months into peak season, depending on how long their peak season lasts. We're calling this the companies ramp-up season. It's during this ramp-up season that companies are much, much more likely to hire a marketing company, take more risks and even spend 15% more on their marketing than another other time of the year. I've mapped it all out in this doc (link below). Don't forget to join our daily coworking calls: we're live 7 AM ET to 9 PM PT, hitting that golden 7-9 AM window per timezone when contractors are fresh and focused—before the day's chaos hits. Here it is! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HWNiS7ItKzYApAo6EOO1yp5REmdqY3KQMXbuEJ3mDvc/edit?usp=sharing

That document is dope! The fact that you. implemented it into the dialer so that the dialer now picks up the seasonal niches that are ready to spend money on marketing and knows what is the best time to call is genius! Thanks for your hard work!
