I started by talking to my guides and spirit team as if they were already with me and listening before I actually fully believed or trusted that they were… it was like a decision that I’m going to take this trust fall and do this and see what happens. I asked them to give me physical signs in my body that meant yes / no. With each body sign, I talked to them about what I felt, if it needed to be stronger, in a different place etc… (I still have to remind them sometimes to make it stronger or move it down to the middle of my chest for a yes and up high in the back of my throat for a no because if it is a strong signal it can radiate and be hard to tell which it is). Once I established that I asked them yes/ no questions for a while..: then I moved to aski g them to send me messages and I would repeat out loud what I understood the message to be… if I was right I’d get a yes feeling, and If I wasn’t accurate I’d get a no feeling. I still do that to this day!!! And if something is coming in really strongly it comes with an immediately strong yes
