Okay my loves! Thursday's practice circle is ready to go with some outsiders coming for you to practice with! They've been informed that you are all at different levels of confidence and they will all be loving and nice BUT they've been asked to tell you the absolute truth on if things are resonating or not. They are coming in 15 minutes after the event starts so that I'll have some time with you all to prep and go over a few tips. The goal here is practice NOT perfection so take that pressure off yourselves! I know some of you are VERY nervous about this and I want to encourage you to come and play BECAUSE you are nervous! We don't get less nervous by hiding ourselves away! Do it scared my friends! We're going to make it fun! See you Thursday!

April Events up!
Hi Friends! Thanks for your patience while I nailed down the April Schedule. You can find more info on each on the calendar. Just a reminder that I'm having Surgery on the 3rd so there is a small possibility that some of the early April classes may need to adjust but traditionally I'm ready to go in 3-4 days so we're planning on that! I'll let you know here if anything changes! See you soon!

Class Times!
Hi Friends! As you can imagine, trying to schedule events at a time that works for everyone is IMPOSSIBLE...but...I want to try my best to hit times that most of you can attend (while keeping some aspect of a life for myself :) ) Please write below the days and times that are usually best for you (Please add what timezone you are in). Feb 17th Practice Circle Time Change
