Ai Implementation
Has anyone here implemented AI or automation for an intermediary fiscal / fiscal agent / payment intermediary type business? By that I mean companies that sit between: • Government or institutions • And end workers or service providers and handle disbursements, approvals, tracking, compliance, and reporting. I’m curious about real implementations, for example: • Automating payment allocation or approval workflows • Reducing manual back office work (secretaries, data entry, reconciliation) • Compliance tracking, audit trails, reporting • AI agents for validation, exception handling, or follow ups If you’ve done something like this (even partially), I’d love to hear: • What problem you automated first • What stack you used • What actually moved the needle for the owner (time saved or cost reduced) Not looking for theory. Looking for real world use cases.Appreciate any insights 🙏

@Hannah Foxwell can you clarify how you would recommend doing it for central reach?
Automating from Central Reach to google sheets.
Can someone please give me a hand on how I can set it up?

Thanks @James Carter , appreciate it. It’s less about just exporting data and more about getting the payroll logic right once it’s in Sheets. We’re pulling session data from CentralReach, but pay rules vary a lot. RBTs and BCBAs are treated differently, billable vs non-billable matters, Drive Time depends on role, place of service, mileage minimums, and even how staff are classified in the payroll sheet. BCBAs always get DT but only for certain service codes and locations, some telehealth codes are excluded, and there are caps like max DT hours per provider per client. So the real challenge is structuring the flow so raw CR data comes in clean, the rules are applied automatically, and payroll-ready rows land in Google Sheets without a ton of manual cleanup. If you’ve seen a good way to handle this kind of rule-heavy setup, I’d love to hear how you’d approach it.
