Is there a way to use only the ai tools? So no talking/response, just ai tools being called when certain things are done.

@Sebastian Dominguez yeah exactly. It’s like the entire infrastructure is already here with assistable, I’d love to just mute the bot and use the tools. Rebuilding everything and doing API connections with GHL just more work than I wanna do. Especially at scale

Turn Off Ai during certain hours?
If I wanted an after hours only ai, How can I turn it off during business hours? Right now I only add the tag during after hours, but if a lead responds during business hours the team wishes to handle it. How can I manage that?

Just looked at an old workflow I have, it was ai_replying That was the tag that would triggered lead movement. And then it gets removed

@Tommy Loch make sure you use the find opportunity feature in GHL too to move backwards in pipeline.

How can I use each conversation it had that led to an appointment as part of the models training?

Appt schedule
Seem to be having an issue with round robin calendar. Before when I scheduled an appt I had the setting set for schedule with assigned user. Now when the ai is scheduling it seems to be ignoring that and just scheduling it with whoever. We have 5 sales reps on the calendar. I’ve made new ai, new calendar, same issue. SOS
Self learning
Do each agent learn or have a DB for conversations it’s had? Or is there a way to take all the conversations in an account and use that as training?

@Wateeb Khan yeah. I’m doing mostly chat so I’m thinking I’ll have to run an api after 24 hours a convo going cold to analyze it

@Andrew Herrmann maybe something like every new conversation a tool is called upon first response. The tool could be an api call to a database, and fills the chat with that data. The database can be something that is updated weekly or monthly or something. Then that database would need to be all the conversations that where had summarized into a shorter description. Then it’s a matter of training that database to hold and retain what you need from conversations or something
