This weekend next week I want you to start building your buyers list. Your buyers list is so important because you can get all the deals you want, but if you have buyers your business. Here are some great ways to find buyers this week. Building Your Buyers List (Aka Creating Your Real Estate Fan Club) Your buyers are your money. Without them, you’re just someone with a bunch of sad houses under contract and no one to give them to. Where to Find Them: ✅Local Real Estate Meetups (bring no donuts, make friends. Everyone loves the donut guy.) ✅Facebook Groups (Join 10. Post in 3. Spam none.) ✅Craigslist (Yeah, again. But bring pepper spray just in case.) ✅Bandit Signs (They work both ways!) ✅Propstream & REI Pro (They can show who’s buying cash in your area. Creepy? Maybe. Effective? Definitely.) ✅Real Estate Auctions (Buyers with cash to burn—and zero patience.) What to Ask Buyers: ✅What areas do you buy in? ✅What price range? ✅What type of properties? ✅Do you want a rental or a flip? Start a spreadsheet.
