Hey hey hey , I don’t see much activity, Is there anyone out there working on a deal? We just picked up a new property in Holiday. This one was listed for $195k and we got an offer accepted for $172k - putting it out there for $185k I have the inspection today will let you know how it goes. This one needs a new roof, flooring update kitchen, baths and paint inside and out. Electric, WH and AC still good. We Will see what our contractor has to say if more work is needed!
