Today I had a humble experience, we went to go see a home to purchase and when we went in we saw something unexpected. The home was not in good condition, unsanitary with 4 kids living inside. The kitchen was a mess, food left out rotten, rotten food in the fridge, fleas in the home and cat and dog poop almost everywhere. Kids cloths not been washed in months just all over the floor mixed in with the poop. Just horrible condition, We wanted to purchase it but instead we called the community and our church parishioners and we helped a family live again. we had to throw away everything, House isn't perfect yet but it's getting there. We can't purchase them all but we can help them out when needed
