Hey Everyone, I have been facing some challenges in finding a city to invest. I've been going back and forth with @Marvin Greiffenberg about that and he's been a great help. And it inspired me to create a Top 10 African Cities list for those who may be also challenged. It provides some insights on where are the best risk reward ratio as well as return on investment. @Marvin Greiffenberg I stopped running it for now due to new laws that require us to get a hotel license for any building over 3 units. The hotel lobbies are making it difficult. As for New York, its still the same old NYC with a lot of energy, culture, entertainment, and hustle.
