While growing my agency, I’ve realised I want to be way more plugged into the community/conversations side of things. Too many notifications on my phone are just Instagram reels being sent to me. I don't normally post stuff like this but I genuinely wanted to because I wish someone had told me sooner — and I see Liam's post and just felt like now was the right time. A month and a half ago I was Frankensteining my agency together, grabbing pieces from random gurus, no real prospecting system, no clear next steps, just hitting walls every other week with nobody qualified to ask. Joining the Mastermind changed that. The little questions that used to stop me cold get handled fast, I've gone from zero prospecting system to talking with multiple prospects every week, and I'm converting those into real paid clients with results I can actually point to. The access to someone who's already figured it out and can give you a straight answer instead of another framework to decipher is worth it alone. That said, I want to be straight with you: this is not a magic bullet. If you're not willing to show up, do the work, and actually apply what Liam gives you, it won't do a thing for you. While working my way through the One Man Agency course I’ve been posting on social media about the launch of my agency this coming week. A previous website client contacted me yesterday, asked what I was doing and committed OVER TEXT to 3 months PIF. I was sceptical but I received the signed proposal and payment this morning.
