Pinch me that it's happening again.
I just grew my Skool community to 3200 members in the last 4 weeks Growing on Skool has never been better on my nervous system. I used to sweat through launches and obsess about whether I could afford to launch one more offer. Sure, I was making money off Skool in 2024โbut it was getting harder and harder to be seen, build trust, and nurture people in a way that felt human. I had funnels (still do), but the truth isโฆ Iโve been able to generate daily revenue on Skool more easily than any funnel Iโve ever built. Over the last few months, Iโve re-evaluated everything I thought I knew about designing and scaling an online business. Inside my last mini mastermind, I even shifted direction because I could feel it in my bones: people donโt need another funnel right nowโthey need a space where connection, momentum, and visibility are easier. Iโm sharing this because itโs changing me, not because I have all the answers. โก๏ธ Hereโs what Iโm learning: โข Simplicity scales faster than complexity. โข Community-led growth builds trust faster than automation. โข Daily touchpoints matter more than giant launches. โข And your business feels different when youโre not constantly bracing for the next income dip. And Iโm still a work in progress. Thereโs one growth edge I still havenโt unlocked: turning passive community engagement into consistent co-creation. Thatโs my 2026 challengeโhelping more members collaborate, cross-pollinate, and lift each other up without me needing to be in every room. Now Iโd love to hear from youโ โจ What have you learned about growth this year? โจ What still feels sticky, unclear, or heavy when it comes to building your audience or making sales?
