We’re a couple of weeks away. So, what’s something you want to improve in 2026?

For me, it’s consistency. Especially with this community. I want this to be a supportive and useful space for anyone to chat about progress and habits (good and bad). I’m eager to make this grow and need to be consistent in doing so. What ideas have you got for growing this community?
Stop the Sunday Scaries
Ever get that feeling of dread on a Sunday? That sense that you don't want to go to bed because Monday will come around too fast? Sometimes the "Sunday Scaries" are fuelled by bad habits. Instead of being excited about the opportunities and challenges the week brings, we put ourselves in a position of anxiety and apathy. The weeks are going by so fast, and I want you to grasp every opportunity you can to lead the life that you want: full of fulfillment and purpose. Sunday is PRIME TIME for making change and breaking bad habits. ⁉️What's one habit you can change TODAY to put yourself in a better position for the week ahead? - ✅ Is it banning yourself from your phone on Sunday evening to stop the endless comparison spiral? - ✅ Is it meal prepping for the first few days, freeing up time to exercise or go for a walk? - ✅ Is it journaling and writing real goals to ensure that by the end of the week, you've accomplished something worthwhile? Put the actions in place and see them through. Let’s get to it, team!

The "Mid-Week Momentum" Challenge #1
It's Tuesday, and we are entering the toughest part of the week: the mid-week slump where momentum often dies. We're going to commit to a pledge to stay focused until the weekend! 🔴 The Challenge: Do just ONE positive action for your health or habit-breaking journey every day on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. ✅ Comment below with the single action you will commit to doing daily (Ideas: "I will journal for 5 minutes," "I will drink only water," or "I will put my phone away by 9pm"). ✅ Come back on Saturday morning and reply to your own comment with your progress (and share one lesson learned). Let's maintain this momentum and hit the weekend feeling strong! Who’s joining? 💪

Tactical Question for the Community 💭
When a craving or urge hits, what is the single most effective distraction or 'pattern interruption' technique you’ve used to successfully stop yourself?

@Curtis Hueston solid thoughts and I’m a huge advocate for accountability. Especially when it comes to urges, putting it out there (one on one or publicly) gives you time to reflect but also a chance to seek outside wisdom for sure. I’m studying dopamine a lot and practicing delayed gratification goes a long way to curing that itch! It’s all a work in progress 💪🏼
