It's Tuesday, and we are entering the toughest part of the week: the mid-week slump where momentum often dies. We're going to commit to a pledge to stay focused until the weekend! ๐Ÿ”ด The Challenge: Do just ONE positive action for your health or habit-breaking journey every day on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. โœ… Comment below with the single action you will commit to doing daily (Ideas: "I will journal for 5 minutes," "I will drink only water," or "I will put my phone away by 9pm"). โœ… Come back on Saturday morning and reply to your own comment with your progress (and share one lesson learned).
