A quick question
Hi, my niche is I help ambitious introverted female founders and entrepreneurs speak with calm confidence in business conversations so they can lead, set boundaries and grow their business without changing who they are. I support capable businesswomen to stop going quiet in moments that matter. What is the #1 challenge you are facing around this area right now?
A quick question

Hi Antje, I hope you had a lovely Christmas. Great questions. I don't think I have issues in this area, however I have seen many people struggle with confrontation and how to come back from it. As a business founder, boundaries are very important, as I have learnt the hard way. As long as I remain flexible and still able to forge forward with intent and integrity. Warmest Belinda

A Somatic Reset for a calmer Christmas
Christmas can be a joyful time, and it can also quietly activate stress in the body. Even when everything looks fine on the outside, the nervous system may be holding tension through tight jaws, lifted shoulders or shallow breathing. I have uploaded a one page worksheet called Somatic Reset for a Calmer Christmas to support you through the festive season. This is not about fixing yourself or adding another thing to your to do list. It is about slowing down just enough to notice what your body needs and responding with kindness. Somatic practices work by helping the body feel safe. When the body settles, the mind naturally follows. These gentle exercises can be used anywhere, at the kitchen table, before family gatherings or at the end of the day. I invite you to download the worksheet and choose just one practice to use this week. Thirty to sixty seconds is enough to create a shift. If you would like to share, comment below: What part of your body tends to hold stress at this time of year? You are not meant to push your way through Christmas. Your body already knows how to return to ease.

: Somatics and Staying Calm During the Christmas Season
Christmas is a beautiful time of year, yet it can also bring its own special kind of pressure. There are family expectations, full schedules, emotional triggers and the familiar feeling of trying to hold everything together. Even when we tell ourselves to stay calm, the body often tells a different story. This is where somatics becomes powerful. Somatics helps you tune into the internal sensations of your body so you can recognise stress before it takes over. When you understand what your body is communicating, you can respond with ease instead of reacting from overwhelm. During the Christmas season many of us tighten the shoulders, hold the breath, clench the jaw or slip into old patterns of people pleasing. These are not personal flaws. They are nervous system responses. Somatic awareness helps you meet these moments with compassion and choose something different. A few minutes of somatic practice each day can help you stay grounded, calm and connected to yourself through the busyness of December. You do not need a quiet house or a yoga mat. You only need a few breaths and a willingness to notice what your body is feeling. Like this post or comment and I will send you the exercises that work for me and keep me from getting overwhelmed and actually enjoy this season
