Poster still in production
Hi guys, so I sold a poster on Wednesday 15th July and also Friday 17th July. They were both framed posters but the one that sold on Friday has just been shipped however the one that sold on Wednesday is still in production. I am just worried something has gone wrong and the customer has paid £160. I have emailed PrintShrimp support twice but got no reply.

I have framed posters from 8th July (to Mexico) and 9th July (to UK) still in production.... Apparently there is a delay on frames. Wondering if I should give the customers a heads up....
Has anyone shipped to Mexico?
I've had an order for 2 large framed prints to mexico and charged the £19.99 postage. I think the profit would be around £50 even with increased print costs so it feels worth doing. Interested to hear others experiences of shipping to Mexico or other countries outside the usual UK/USA orders. Is it pretty straightforward? Do you warn customers in advance that shipping might take a while?

@Mihai Volintiriu Hmm yes this is what I was worried about... especially if the prints will cost £186 just to print, frame and ship..... Do you know if it would it be eligible for etsy purchase protection if it didn't arrive? Or would it end up coming out of my pocket...?

@Peter Gordon Oh dear 😬 What did you do? Refund?
Canada postage - Accidentally overcharged
Someone has just purchased an unframed print in Canada, I hadn't realised I had them set up as 'Rest of the World' with a full £19.99 for P&P. They have paid £44.63 (including £19.99 for postage) for a 16 by 20 print. I guess I am feeling a bit bad they have paid so much for P&P, would you go back to them and given them a partial refund or just assume they were happy to pay the total price? They may be thinking it is being shipped from the UK and be disappointed when they receive a package shipped locally in Canada.
Frame Paranoia!
Hi I only been selling for about 3 weeks and lucky enough to have about 10 sales and a couple of those have been framed prints, one delivered 2 weeks ago US.... no feedback, one in transit US and now just got an order for two oak frame orders for over £300 again in the US and yep I love the order but it fills me with horror! Will they be good enough? Are they worth the money? Will the customer like them???? I dread them! Please tell me this goes away.... do you get lots of complaints re frames? Im updating my listings to say "Crafted from durable pine wood with your choice of black, oak, or white finish, our premium frames are lightweight yet sturdy" to manage expectations (thank you to this forum for the wording) Any reassurance would be helpful. Thanks Kevin

I have this same panic still! I have sold around 5 framed prints now, only had positive feedback so far.

@Kevin Grant Yes! Someone in America who bought £120 worth of framed prints. And another in the UK.

Hopefully it will help to get my listings more views and visits 😎

Congratulations Geoff!! Would your mantra be 'Just keep posting'? I have around 600 posters so far and a conversion of 2.1%, but currently wobbling over whether I need to double back and reconsider some of them or just plough on and keep posting!
