Month 3 profit.... £54 😅
So in my 3rd month on Etsy I sold £400 worth of posters. Hurrah! Just crunching the numbers and after listing fees, print fees, advertising etc I have come away with £54 🤣 Is this normal...? I've got around 500 posters, do I just keep on making more?! Slightly concerned about the amount of money I'm spending on listing fees! (and soon re-listing fees!)

@Geoff Nugent Thanks Geoff. I am currently using the recommended pricing but perhaps I'm offering a few too many money off incentives at the moment....

@Daniel Graham Thanks Daniel! I will definitely spend some time on this and maybe be more strategic about any special offers now things are starting to move.

Has anyone had this message when selling a poster in Europe...? Does printshrimp share the IOSS number with the courier or add the package value to the packaging...?

Printing
I’m new to this and what I’m doing is taking my own travel photos and reimaging them via AI. one thing I’m struggling with is generating images that print at a high quality in A1/A2. Can anyone give me some guidance and I’ve spent a lot of money sending off for prints for them to come back faded/blurry/pixilated/bad quality

You can use Upscayl to upscale your reimagined travel photos, the desktop version is free. Then import these upscaled images into Canva, I have my template set to A1 proportions, then insert your image into your design (or onto just a blank canvas but then you know it is the correct dimensions) and export at the highest possible resolution from Canva. Zoom in 100% and if they are not blurry they will print fine up to A1 :-)
mockups
Hi Everyone, i'm just getting started playing around with some designs and i'm seriously struggling to find a way to make decent mockups. Cant seem to make it work on canva. Any tips or recommendations for apps welcome :)

You can buy job lots of canva mock ups on etsy for around couple of quid, that are much nicer than the free ones on Canva 😊
Inner mounts in framed prints?
Holy moly I've just sold my first framed print!! I'm assuming the framed prints don't contain an inner mount...? I have a variety of mock ups in different colour frames, with or without mounts, but realised this may now mislead people to think they are getting that exact framed and mounted print. I may drop the customer a line before I complete the order.... anyone had experience of this yet with selling frames...?

@Mihai Volintiriu Hi Mihai, I was meaning the inside bit of card mount. I realised some of my main front mock up images have a mount in, which was fine pre frames but now I offer frames I realised people may think it was included. I think I will go through and edit my mock ups just to avoid confusion....
