Your About page isn’t about you. 👀
It’s about them. The second someone lands on your Skool community, they’re asking one question. “Is this for me?” Most About pages answer the wrong one. They list features. They talk about themselves. They say things like “a community for people who love [niche].” That tells someone what you are. It doesn’t tell them why they should stay. Here’s what actually works. Call out who it’s for, specifically. Name the problem they’re already feeling. Show them what their life looks like after they’re inside. Example “This is for the burnt-out fitness coach who has clients but no community holding them accountable between sessions.” That one sentence does more work than three paragraphs of features. I’ve gone deep on this, pulling apart what makes About pages convert versus ones people scroll past. The pattern is always the same. Get to the point fast People just need to know who it’s for, what they get, and why they should join and stay. Nothing else really matters. Your About page is your first impression and your first sales pitch. Most people set it once and never touch it again. 🚨 I’ll pin 📌 a prompt from my Ultimate Skool Playbook AI prompt bank that’ll help you write a high converting About page. If you use the prompt and tweak yours, drop your about page text below with your community link 🔗 I’ll give you some feedback, and you might find someone it speaks to.

@Sherrill Brinkerhoff Thanks
🔥 The problem wasn't how often I showed up.
Most people mistake consistency for frequency. They are not the same thing. Posting every day means nothing if every post sounds different, looks different, and points in a different direction. Consistency is your reader knowing exactly who you are before they finish the first sentence. That takes months to build. It is worth every one of them.💙

If your Skool community isn’t growing, it’s usually not because you’re posting too little.
It’s because your community doesn’t give people a clear reason to join… stay… or upgrade. The biggest mistake I see isn’t bad content. It’s a lack of strategy. Your positioning. Your member journey. Your engagement. Your offers. Your path from free member to paying customer. When those pieces work together, your community becomes so much more than a place to post. It becomes an asset that grows your audience, builds trust, and creates recurring revenue. So I created something new… A free interactive Community Conversion Scorecard. In just a few minutes, you’ll answer 7 simple questions and discover how well your community is set up to convert members into customers. You’ll get ✔️ Your Community Conversion Score ✔️ Personalized feedback ✔️ Actionable tips to improve your results It’s completely free, and I think you’ll be surprised by what you uncover. Drop SCORE below, and I’ll send it your way.

What if that feeling isn't anxiety at all?
What if it's excitement? Most people don't realize this, but anxiety and excitement create many of the same physical responses in the body. 👉🏽 Faster heart rate 👉🏽 Butterflies in your stomach 👉🏽 Sweaty palms 👉🏽 A burst of energy 👉🏽 That feeling that something is about to happen Your body is activating. The difference is often how you interpret what's happening and the story you attach to it. Your nervous system doesn't automatically label those sensations. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼. From past experiences, beliefs, self-talk, and conditoned responses. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. A presentation. A first date. Launching something new. Hitting "post." Having a hard conversation. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨𝙣'𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘁. Instead of telling yourself: ❌ "I'm anxious." Try: ✅ "I'm excited." ✅ "My body is preparing me." ✅ "This energy is here to support me." That small shift won't magically make discomfort disappear. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽. 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪'𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙢 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙞𝙨𝙣'𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧. 𝙄𝙩'𝙨 𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡. 🎤💥 💜 What's something you've been calling anxiety that you could start viewing as excitement instead?
