🔥The skill you dismiss fastest may be worth the most attention...
Think of one problem you solve quickly now. Would 10-years-ago-you have found it that easy? Probably not. That gap? That’s experience.

@Tanya Fleiser That’s great, Tanya 💙 It sounds like you’ve found something that really suits the way you like to learn and build. I think that’s the key — finding the path that actually fits you and then using it consistently. Wishing you lots of success with it.
🔥Six women are about to tell the part most people leave out.
Six women. Six very different stories. And I’m going somewhere most “success stories” never bother to go. 👀 The first names are already on my list. If you like hearing the part before everything looked polished, you may want a front-row seat for this one. 😏

Love this video - really good
Regret Is Just Data With An Emotional Tax Attached To It.
Every leader and builder has looked back on an effort and realized they pulled their punches. We underestimate what our team can handle, misjudge the scale of the challenge, or leave our best tools sitting on the sideline because we played it too safe. When you realize you miscalculated, you have two choices: consume yourself with "what-ifs," or extract the intelligence and pivot. Here is how we reframe that misstep and attack the challenges ahead: 1. Reframing Regret (Be at Peace) Peace comes from separating ego from the audit. Regret isn't a character judgment, it’s an error in your baseline assessment. Extract the lesson immediately, drop the emotional baggage, and use the friction to drive velocity. 2. Overcoming Underestimation (Reasonableness) We underestimate because of comfort or fear of overextending. Stop assuming limits before you've actually pushed against them. Hold your objectives firmly, but hold your tactics loosely. When you spot an advantage you didn't exploit, deploy it immediately. 3. The Discipline Chain (Physically Capable) True capability relies on an unbroken chain: Positive Habits -> Personal Discipline -> Unyielding Consistency. - Habits are the daily micro-actions that eliminate friction. - Discipline is the refusal to let your short-term feelings negotiate with your long-term commitments. - Consistency is the final outcome. When execution is fully decoupled from your mood, elite performance becomes your default state. Don't dwell on where you held back last week. Adjust the playbook, lock in the daily habit, and execute with full capability tomorrow.

That line about regret not being a character judgment really landed for me. So often we turn one wrong decision into evidence that something is wrong with us, instead of asking, “What did this teach me that I can use now?” That shift changes everything. 💙
