I’m deeply drawn to quiet, scripture-anchored reflection as a spiritual practice—creating space to sit with God honestly, without rushing to fix or perform. One of the tools I love most is guided written reflection, using journaling and gentle scripture prompts to help people slow down, name what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with truth in a safe, grounded way. This month, I’m focusing on teaching how I’ve learned to remain soft, quiet, and vulnerable without feeling the need to match the energy of the season, and on finding peace within that space—even in the midst of Christmas.
