🎯 1K in 30 Days Goal 💰 Earnings Today: $0 💸 Remaining to $1K Goal: $1000 ⏰ Sleep Log Sleep: 9:00 AM Wake: 4:30 PM Total Sleep: 7.5 hours 🎯 Goals Weekly Goals: - Complete 20 Upwork projects - Stay consistent with daily journaling - Read daily (10+ pages) - Recover properly while maintaining light workouts 2-Week Goals: - Build momentum with learning + execution - Improve physical health and routine consistency - Gain clarity on community content direction Monthly Goals: - Earn first consistent income - Progress towards $1K goal - Build discipline across health, work, and mindset 🕒 Time Log 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM Got up, took a shower, brushed teeth, tongue scraping, salt water gargling, drank warm water, applied moisturizer, and offered Maghrib prayer. Started the day calmly and took care of hygiene and prayer without rushing. 🛁🕌🌿 5:30 PM – 7:15 PM Ate 1 apple 🍎 + 2 guavas, cleaned the room, spent time with family, did light stretching, 20 bar knee raises, and read a book. Felt grounded, light, and mentally settled. 📖🍎🧘 7:15 PM – 8:50 PM Went out for a walk, ate 2 chicken rolls, walked back home, called a friend, and planned a meetup. Good balance between movement, food, and social connection. 🚶🌯📞 8:50 PM – 10:00 PM Arrived home, continued reading The 5 AM Club while walking in the room, then lay down on the sofa to read, and then felt sleepy, so decided to take a nap. Body clearly asked for rest, and I listened. 📘😴🛋️ 10:00 PM – 12:45 AM Nap — turned into a proper sleep session. Much-needed recovery time. 💤🕯️🧠 12:45 AM – 3:30 AM Got up, drank water, watched YouTube links related to the video below, boiled and ate 3 eggs, made tea, walked in the room, did light stretching, and performed a workout: 20 inclined pike pushups 70+ sit-ups 30 explosive squats Energy came back strong after rest. 🥚☕🏋️ 3:30 AM – 4:10 AM Had tea, continued light workouts (pushups, pull-ups, pike stretches, pike pushups), listened to Umair Bajwa's live bidding session, and started writing the journal.

Focused and steady. ✍️📄🔥 8:00 PM to 10:55 PM Doing the assignment Haroon Bhai gave me, watching the Assignment videos, and making notes. Hey guys 👋 Quick question — whenever I copy my journal to post in another Skool community, all the line spacing and formatting breaks. Does anyone know a tool or method to copy-paste without losing formatting? Would really appreciate the help 🙏

I managed to get my dummy bidding done — something I had been postponing for two days. Even though I couldn’t find many fresh jobs, doing three dummy bids still felt like progress. I also talked to the collaborator I outsource guest posts to, shared new ideas, and even introduced him to the community, which felt good.

Grinding through the tasks. 📝💪✅ 12:00 AM to 12:15 AM Writing journal and checking off things from to-do list. Feeling organised and on track. 📓✔️🌟 12:15 AM to 3:35 AM Writing thoughts and journaling, food (vegetable rice + raita), watched YouTube with food, creating project on Upwork, designing thumbnail, listening to Formula of Rizq first lecture, Isha prayer, warmed and drank milk, updating journal. Long productive session, covered a lot. 🍚🎨🕌 💪 Workout Routine No workout today (resting shoulder injury for recovery).
