After listening to learnings. I under qouted on tiling labour based on what the prices my tiler had previously given me i was aware the prices had become higher but qouted on what he told me a year ago. I said the market rate is dearer i cant pay you that now but i am qouting work at that price now. Like steve said in one of the learnings they will make up there price somehow. Taking on to much work and rushing = lower qualitiy. What will this cost me in referals

Very keen to see what everyones experience has been like getting to starting apprx 1 room every week in terms of management. We are still in the 1 start every 2 weeks i am a carpenter by trade so i am handling demo sheeting adjustments painting the cleana and fit off my self. I find its a good place to start because i get to ensure the customer gets the best experience while having enough down time to work on the business!
