I let the fire go. 🔥
After more than a year of having that little fire emoji next to my name, I let it go. Saturday was a busy day – unpacking from our move and packing for a trip. Time flew by and I forgot to check in on Skool. It was fun to have the solid brick wall of green and I'm sure it will be back again. Now it's a great opportunity for a fresh start. 😉

Weekends are that time where you try to do everything you can't get done during the week. It surely a challenge
It's NOT about YOU... It's About the Collective!
Strong individuals win... but powerful things are built by the collective I shared a post over in RECREATE today (I’ll drop the link below 👇) Click HERE for the post in RECREATE It’s a story from about 12 years ago when I was building a team in an environment that wasn’t exactly... welcoming. I was looking for a powerful framework of team culture to build around and I found it in the Defining Leadership Principles from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. That post focuses on one principle: Questioning the Status Quo. But that was just one of four standards that shaped how we operated: 🔹Question the Status Quo 🔸Confidence Without Attitude 🔹Students Always 🔸Beyond Yourself And this last one hits different. 👉 Beyond Yourself. Because at some point... it stops being about you 🫵 🚫 Not your goals. 🚫 Not your wins. 🚫 Not your recognition. It becomes about the collective. The standard you help create. The people you elevate. The impact that outlives your individual effort. That’s where things get powerful. 👇 Where do you see this idea showing up in your life or business right now?

💥 When the things you go through have a big payoff… 💥
One of the main reasons @Shannon Koss and I moved to Arizona was to be close to our grandson. (OK our daughter @Sara Thompson too, but any grandparents here in the Crew, know what I'm talking about 😁) In just a short month, we’ve already started building some incredible memories with him... and yesterday, it all came together: MJ’s 4th birthday! 🎉 We kicked things off with a few rounds of bowling at his favorite alley (the kid’s a pretty good bowler... but let’s be honest, it’s really the arcade that wins him over 😎🎳). Then we headed back for a Paw Patrol-themed PAWsome Birthday at his house! 🐾🎂 This is the vibe we’re chasing—life moments that make all the effort worth it. ❤️ What’s one payoff you’ve recently experienced that made all the hustle feel totally worth it? 👇Drop it below

HuRU Crew… today we’re running a giant curiosity experiment. 🧠🔥
This is not the normal AMA (Ask Me Anything). Today is AUA — Ask US Anything. Because let's be honest... We all have those random questions that pop into our heads. The ones that make you pause and think: "That’s kind of a weird question..." "Someone must know the answer... right?" "Actually… now I really want to know." Sometimes those questions lead to great conversations. Sometimes they lead to hilarious answers. And sometimes... They spark the exact kind of thinking that leads to innovation. So today we're turning this post into a crowd-sourced question lab. The Rules 🔹There are NO wrong questions 🔸Every answer is allowed 🔹Creative guesses are encouraged 🔸You are highly encouraged to answer someone else's question 🔹Prizes will be given (just for fun) - categories will be completely random and made up on the spot 😂 Bonus points for: 😂 Funny questions 🤯 Mind-bending questions 🧐 Deep questions 🛸 Completely random questions Example Questions If animals could talk… which one would be the rudest? If you could instantly master one skill… what would it be? If aliens landed tomorrow… what’s the first thing humans should explain to them? Now it’s your turn. Step 1: Drop a random question below 👇 Step 2: Answer someone else's question Step 3: See where the conversation goes Let’s see how curious the HuRU Crew really is. 🚀 And I’ll kick it off with one more... What is something everyone believes... that might actually be completely wrong? 👀

@Leigh Ann Hello Yes, I think I understand what you're saying.
Sunday Reflection
So I usually spend the most time reading on a Sunday, catching up with the different groups I am a part of. So I just responded to a question in my finance group ( DDU - Dollar Displine University with @Chris Wendt) https://www.skool.com/debt/what-are-you-most-excited-about?p=a3c8e8a7 The question really made me pause for a moment. This us my response. I just wanted to share it with you guys. 👇👇👇👇👇 I am looking forward to my Birthday ( April 2nd) I am "tap dancing " into 52, by God's grace and I've lossed and gained so much over the last 2 years. I'm pretty excited about discovering skool because it has impacted me a great deal. I know I'm not the most active person and I don't share a lot. I do however make time to read every post or comment that I ( like). I do not just click like randomly. So I have learned a lot and I really feel comfortable with SKOOL and all the groups that I am in on skool. You guys give me something that's pretty much hard to put into words. It's a feeling of being a part of something without the pressure of feeling like you have to compete with anyone for attention, support or answers. I truly appreciate 🙏 ❤️ this feeling. It makes it easy to learn and grow. So. THANK YOU ALL.
