@Lucas Edmonds I’m a new real estate investor (a little over one year in) and actively building my footprint. I also wholesale, when I come across opportunities that make sense but I can’t take them myself, I pass them to my cash buyers. So definitely count me in on any good leads/deals you find. As an investor, my focus for California is fix and flips. Like I shared during the Saturday coffee chat, I’m still narrowing down which CA market I want to start in. My first investments were in Atlanta because of the lower entry barrier, but now I’m ready to build locally. I’m hungry for guidance, partnerships, and a rockstar team I can shadow or collaborate with as I get started in California. I have the tools, I understand the process, and I’m ready to execute, I just need the right people around me (and I think I am beginning to find good people here 👌😜). Looking forward to connecting, learning, and doing deals together!

Hello everyone! I’ve been in the group for a bit (by this I mean April 😜), but this morning was my first time joining the coffee chat. I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the call for making me feel so welcomed. I’m really looking forward to accelerating my real estate journey with all of you.
