Hey Everyone, so I have spoken to quite a few people in the group in messaging. I have found there is a lot of people in the Los Angeles area looking to connect. I would take this opportunity to say that you are in that area right HERE and whoever is brave enough to post, will start the feed. I think this a great opportunity to network without evening having to leave your home. I think collaboration is key and you can get a whole lot more accomplished as a team versus alone. You can all come together on our coffee hour HERE in the community on Saturday morning for free or share each others contact information and use a chat app like what’s up or something and connect. Don’t lose this opportunity. The only thing I advise is if you do decide to work together, establish your roles and get it in a contract of some sort. At the bare minimum at least you can share resources or create a support group. Hope you Southern California members see this. Good luck and cheers to your future success. 🍻

It aggregates nationwide property data (both on-market and off-market), and gives tools for: - Property search & filtering (160+ million properties) (PropStream) - Comparable sales (“comps”) and market analysis tools (PropStream) - Lead lists & lead generation (off-market leads, distressed properties, pre-foreclosure, absentee owners, etc.) (PropStream) - Skip tracing (finding contact info for property owners) (PropStream) - Marketing tools: postcards, emails, landing pages etc. (PropStream) - Additional tools like rehab/ADU calculators, demographic data, etc. (PropStream) - Lead Automator (automated monitoring of property lists, alerts, etc.) (PropStream) They also offer training: webinars, Academy courses, support resources.
