🎉 Win to share with the community! Today we funded a $15K EMD for my client on a seven-figure, real estate-backed business acquisition, on a tight two-day timeline. Winning the business was not easy but I stuck with it. Big shout-out to @Justin Pilakka & @Manoela Oliveira on the funding operations team who moved quickly on a non-traditional deal. You turned the docs around fast, kept title on track, and made the whole thing clean & smooth. On to the next deal, which is a jumbo one 👀 🤝

It's 30 days to the day I made an intro post (https://www.skool.com/fundinghub/new-member-2) to the group after 6 months in the group and following a posted comment committing to put my self "out there" more. Since then, I began some general outreach in and out of the group (as y'all may have noticed 😅) and attended what few zooms I could. And just last week, I started a CRM of sorts and updated it to accurately account for these past 30 days worth of activity. I say unexpected because I literally just noticed it's been 30 days. I took it as sign to make the post. I tend to go with my gut The fact is I'm doing what I can, when I can, how I can, in messy circumstances... and none of it is in order. That's just me ... for now. Takeaways? I guess "results may vary" is a fact of life ... but at least we get them, right? and of the best lines I heard in this group ... "it's better than a punch in the face" 😂
