Me next time! 🤗
📚✨ July’s Book of the Month: Essentialism by Greg McKeown
Poets, it’s time to declutter your mind, schedule, and business! After last month’s deep inner work with The Mountain Is You, we’re shifting into strategy with this powerful next read: Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown. This book isn’t about getting more done — it’s about getting the right things done. It’s for anyone feeling stretched too thin, saying yes to too many things, or losing clarity on what really matters. 🔑 What you’ll gain: ✅ Clarity on what’s essential in your poetry business and life ✅ Permission to say NO without guilt ✅ More energy, more impact, and less stress ✅ A mindset that values depth over distraction ✅ A practical approach to building a life that aligns with your highest contribution This book is going to challenge the way you think about productivity and focus. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overcommitted, or off-course — this is the book to realign and reset. 📖 Grab your copy this week and share a quote or takeaway using the hashtag #PoetryBusinessNetwork 💬 Discussion prompts will be posted weekly in the classroom! Let’s simplify to amplify this month. Drop a comment if you’re reading with us!

🚨 MID-YEAR INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY – NOW OPEN 🚨
(Only happens twice a year – and the ROI just got better!) One of the exclusive benefits of being a member of the Poetry Business Network is early access to special opportunities from our parent company, The Poet Life. This includes short-term investment opportunities that support our growing list of secured contracts and national projects. Thanks to our rapidly expanding clientele and confirmed partnerships, we’re now offering a 25% return (up from 20%) on all investments made toward project operations. Several poets benefited from our last round earlier this year. If you missed out or it wasn't the best time for you to invest, here is your opportunity! 📝 Here’s the breakdown: - ✅ Contracts are already signed and guaranteed – there’s no risk. - ⏳ These projects are on net 30–90 payment terms, so we get paid after the work is complete. - 💼 Your funds simply help cover operational costs in the meantime. - 💸 You get your original investment back plus a 25% return within 3 months. 📆 This opportunity is only available twice a year — at the start of the year and mid-year — and spots fill quickly. If you’re ready to learn more, comment “INVEST” below and meet us this evening on Zoom for a face-to-face chat to discuss the details next steps. We’ll go over all the details and answer any questions you may have. Let’s build together. This Evening (7/6/2025 at 8:00PM EST) https://us06web.zoom.us/j/3250111077?pwd=kRfNPpY2iRUJXgatz1YXg5hbXwj31B.1&;omn=88413746610 Meeting ID: 325 011 1077 Passcode: owuoiHX62*

@Yecheilyah Ysrayl hey, such a pretty name 🤓hope y'all's writing is going well!
Hello from PVD!
Hi there fellow poets! My name is Salena JD, a poet & nonprofiteer currently residing in Providence (PVD), Rhode Island. As I begin to build a brand as PVD's "resident pourtender", I started a weekly newsletter a few weeks ago called "The Poetry Pour", where I curate info on local events, highlight poetry-friendly nonprofit orgs & businesses, provide details on upcoming local submission opportunities, & recommend resources, tools, & products I've found useful in fueling my own creativity. The newsletter supports my goals to centralize info on all things local poetry, uplift those making the local poetry community what it is, & lays the groundwork for building a career/business out of my passion for poetry. I am so happy to join this community to surround myself with likeminded poets taking their craft seriously! Excited to meet & connect with you all 😊
