Hello from PVD!

Hi there fellow poets! My name is Salena JD, a poet & nonprofiteer currently residing in Providence (PVD), Rhode Island.

As I begin to build a brand as PVD's "resident pourtender", I started a weekly newsletter a few weeks ago called "The Poetry Pour", where I curate info on local events, highlight poetry-friendly nonprofit orgs & businesses, provide details on upcoming local submission opportunities, & recommend resources, tools, & products I've found useful in fueling my own creativity.

The newsletter supports my goals to centralize info on all things local poetry, uplift those making the local poetry community what it is, & lays the groundwork for building a career/business out of my passion for poetry.
