There is a local crossfit gym I have been going to for a while. They struggle with everything tech, and getting new members in the door. I asked the owners if I could have a few minutes of their time and we talk Monday. First question: I have been going through the classroom and what are the exact videos I should watch before my conversation? How do I talk about this with them without going all tech babble on them?
