Data Reactivation For Crossfit Gym Question...
There is a local crossfit gym I have been going to for a while. They struggle with everything tech, and getting new members in the door. I asked the owners if I could have a few minutes of their time and we talk Monday.
First question: I have been going through the classroom and what are the exact videos I should watch before my conversation?
How do I talk about this with them without going all tech babble on them?
In my mind these are the steps... let me know if I am missing anything.
-Get them to agree to free trial
-Find or use proven offer
-Plug their database into GHL
-Run text drip campaign and send list offer
-manage responses
-Set confirm appointments
-Rinse and repeat once per month
-Charge them $300-$1000 per month for DR after trial
-Up sell reputation management
-Up sell no answer text back
-Rinse and repeat
