🌿 DAY 3 — Creating a Little Steadiness
Yesterday we talked about capacity… so today, we’re not adding more. We’re actually going to do less. 🤍 Because steadiness doesn’t come from doing everything… it comes from creating small moments of calm. ✨ Here’s something simple to try today: Take 5 minutes — that’s it. Sit quietly. Take a breath. And just say: “God, I don’t need all the answers right now… I just need Your peace for today.” No pressure to feel anything big. No pressure to “get it right.” Just a moment to slow down. 💬 If you do this today, come back and tell me: 👉 Did you feel even a small shift? We’re not rushing this. We’re rebuilding steadiness first. 🌿

That 5 minutes is exactly what I needed. It’s crazy how that little 5 minute timeframe can make a big difference. Thank you for this!
🌿 DAY 2 — Why You Feel Stuck (Capacity, Not Failure)
Maybe You’re Not Stuck… I want to gently share something today that might shift how you’re seeing yourself 🤍 What if you’re not stuck… what if you’re just carrying too much right now? When your mind is full… when emotions are heavy… when life feels uncertain… It’s not that you don’t have direction. It’s that you don’t have the capacity to process it clearly. ✨ That’s not failure. That’s overload. Sometimes it looks like: • overthinking everything • struggling to make simple decisions • feeling tired, even when you’ve “done nothing” • wanting clarity, but feeling foggy instead 💬 Let me ask you: 👉 Does any of that sound like where you’ve been lately? Today isn’t about fixing it. It’s just about recognizing what’s really going on — without judgment. You’re not behind. You might just need space before your next step. 🌿

This really speaks to where I’m at right now currently!
🌿 Day 1 — Let’s Start Here
Before we try to figure anything out… before we think about purpose, next steps, or even solutions… We need to pause. 🤍 Because a lot of you are carrying more than you were meant to carry alone. Mental weight. Emotional heaviness. Uncertainty. Even pressure in areas like finances or what’s ahead. And when everything feels heavy… it’s hard to feel clear. ✨ Today isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about releasing just a little of what you’ve been holding. 💬 Take a moment and ask yourself: 👉 What has been weighing on me the most lately? No need to overthink it. Just name it. You can share it in the comments… or simply bring it to God quietly — that counts just as much. 🤍 You don’t have to carry everything into this next season. We’re going to take this one step at a time — together. 🌿

For me, it’s been worrying a lot about everyone around me and not ever taking time to assess myself and give myself a rest. I’m constantly focused on other things or other people’s needs, that I forget that sometimes I need to sit and breathe for a second. It’s not wrong to care about other people, but when you start to completely disregard yourself it becomes a problem. So that has been weighing on me, but I am trying to work through it with God so that I can create a balance.
🌿 We’re Starting Something Simple Today…
I’ve been praying over this space and reading through your responses… and one thing is really clear 🤍 Many of you aren’t needing more information right now — you’re needing space to reset, breathe, and feel steady again. For some of you, that’s mental overwhelm. For others, it’s uncertainty about what’s next… and for some, it’s even the weight of financial pressure in this season. And all of that matters. So instead of jumping ahead… we’re going to slow this down and do something together. ✨ Starting today, we’re doing a gentle 5-day reset. ✨ Nothing overwhelming. Nothing heavy. Just simple, intentional moments to help you: 🌿 release what’s been weighing on you 🌿 find your footing again 🌿 and begin to hear God more clearly in the middle of it Each day will be short, practical, and easy to step into — even if life feels full right now. 💛 Here’s all you need to do: Just show up each day and take a few minutes for yourself. That’s it. No pressure to be perfect. No pressure to “keep up.” If you’re in, drop a simple “I’m in” below 👇 (or just follow along quietly — you’re welcome here either way 🤍) We’re not rushing this next season. We’re going to walk into it steady, grounded, and led. 👑 Let’s begin. 🌿 If you know a sister who needs a RESET, invite her to this community. https://www.skool.com/kingdom-women-arising-2892/about

Letting Go of the Pressure to Hear “Perfectly”
As we continue talking about clarity and hearing God’s voice… there’s something that quietly holds a lot of women back: The pressure to get it exactly right. We don’t always say it out loud, but it sounds like: - “What if I make the wrong decision?” - “What if that wasn’t God?” - “What if I mess this up?” So instead of moving forward… we pause. We overthink. We wait for absolute certainty. But here’s the truth: God is not asking you to hear perfectly. He’s inviting you to walk with Him. Clarity doesn’t always come all at once. Most of the time, it comes step by step. And often, confidence is built after you move — not before. You don’t have to have the whole picture. You just need the next step. And even if you misstep? God is fully able to redirect, guide, and realign you along the way. You’re not that fragile. And neither is His plan for your life. 💬 Let’s talk: Do you find yourself more likely to: A) Overthink and wait for full clarity B) Move forward quickly and figure it out as you go Or somewhere in between?

I’m definitely one that overthinks and tries to wait for more clarity. But I’m realizing more and more especially with where I am at now in my life that I gain more clarity as I keep moving forward with what God is doing. When I stop and overthink and end up drowning my brain with noise, but when I keep going where God is leading I gain actually clarity and also a sense of peace with it. With overthinking you lose that sense of peace because your mind is racing and stressing you out. And I’m actually going through a situation right now so this post came at the perfect time! God knew what He was doing!!
