Be Anxious For Nothing…..
“Do not be anxious about anything……. ……..but in every situation, by prayer and petition , with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 This is a verse I have been standing on daily. Somedays several times a day. How about you? 📖What is a verse you have been standing on lately? drop in comments; let's encourage one another. 😁

Be Anxious For Nothing…..
👟 Not All Movement Is Momentum
This week I want to gently untangle something that confuses a lot of women — especially women who genuinely want to grow. Intensity is not the same thing as momentum. Intensity feels urgent. Momentum feels steady. Intensity says: “Do more.” “Move faster.” “Don’t slow down.” “Catch up.” ……. it’s a pressure. Momentum says: 🌺 “Take the next step you can actually sustain.” 🌺 “Keep going — even if it’s slower.” 🌺 “Stay present.” A lot of women lose confidence not because they lack ability, but because they’ve confused pressure with progress. They start strong. They push hard. They override their capacity. They burn out. They stop. And then they quietly tell themselves, “I just don’t follow through.” But the issue wasn’t discipline. It was pace. If the way you’ve been trying to move forward constantly leaves you needing recovery, it may not be momentum — it may be strain. And strain erodes confidence. (believe me i have BEEN There!!!!) Momentum — the kind we’re practicing here — builds something different: 🕊️ peace instead of panic 🕊️ steadiness instead of spikes 🕊️ trust instead of self-doubt This isn’t about moving faster. It’s about moving in a way you don’t have to quit. So here’s a gentle reflection for this week and journal prompt: Reflection: 🪞 Where have I mixed up pressure with progress? Journal: 📝 Lord, This week show me one clear path forward I can implement today for progress, not pressure. God bless you, Tina

👟 Not All Movement Is Momentum
Been Struggling With Anxiety? Let’s Crush It!!🔥👠
………… So have I. Not sure what is going on, but i am just gonna be real with you all… lately….. and even still today… I have been a hot mess of anxiety. I am not claiming, nor owning it. It has been a battle lately. But i have realized something………. ⏩ Perhaps others are going through the exact same thing. Perhaps today’s struggle will help a sister. In addition to prayer and warring in the spirit, this morning the Lord led me to a few verses (the truth that sets us free), that are the shot for anxiety. I hope it blesses you. 1. Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 2. Psalm 46:1-3; 10 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging...He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; 3. 1 Peter 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 4. 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. 5. Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. 6. Joshua 1:9 This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. 7. Matthew 6:25-27, 33-34 Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

@Aurora Jones I am so glad it was helpful. I just finally got mad mad at the anxiety this morning. It has taken up way to much mental space and also space in my body. Then i remembered this son too.

🌿 Why We’re Focusing on Momentum and Confidence This Month 🌿
I want to take a moment to share why these two themes matter so much — and why they belong together. Many women don’t struggle because they lack confidence. They struggle because they’ve lost trust in themselves. And that usually happens after long seasons of: - starting and stopping - pushing too hard, then burning out - feeling behind - trying to keep up with expectations that didn’t fit their capacity Over time, that cycle quietly erodes confidence. That’s why we’re starting with momentum — but not the pressured kind. Momentum here means movement you can stay with. 🚫 Not speed. 🚫Not intensity. 🚫Not pressure. Because when movement is sustainable, something important happens: ✨ self-trust begins to rebuild 🌺 ✨ follow-through becomes possible again 🌱 ✨ confidence starts to return — naturally 😀 Confidence isn’t rebuilt by hype or bold declarations. It’s rebuilt through small, kept promises to yourself. So this month isn’t about doing more. It’s about moving in a way that restores confidence instead of draining it. No rushing. No keeping up. No falling behind. Just steady, realistic forward movement — one step at a time. 👟 If you’d like to reflect or share, here’s a gentle question to consider: 👉 What is one small step you could take this week that you know you could actually follow through on? Not the biggest step. Not the perfect step. The one you can keep. 💜 That’s where momentum begins. And that’s where confidence is rebuilt.
