What if the thing exhausting you was never yours to carry?
What are you carrying that God never asked you to carry? This is something God has really been dealing with me about in my own life. For a long time, I think I carried way more than I realized. • The outcome. • Tomorrow. • Other people’s choices. • Things that weren’t going the way I thought they should. • The feeling that I needed to keep everything together. It may have looked like being responsible, but it was actually quite exhausting. There is definitely a difference between being responsible for what God has actually given me to steward… and feeling responsible for EVERYTHING. Separating the two has been a work in progress for me. One of the biggest signs of healing came one day when I was traveling to an important meeting. The outcome of that meeting could affect me greatly, and normally something like that would have sent me into worry, stress, trying to figure everything out ahead of time, and running through all the possible outcomes in my mind. But on the way there, I had this moment when I realized: No matter how this turns out, I’m going to be okay. Not because I knew what the outcome would be. Because I knew God would be there with me regardless of the outcome. - He would still love me. - He would still guide me. - He would still provide for me. I had such a sense of peace on my way there; not knowing the outcome. That has been HUGE for me. I spent a lot of years believing that if I cared enough, worked hard enough, prayed enough, stayed on top of everything enough… somehow I could keep everything together. That’s exhausting. And I don’t believe God ever asked us to live that way. I would much rather abide in His peace than ride the roller coaster of chaos. Now, when I feel myself picking up something heavy, I’m learning to stop and ask: “Is this actually mine to carry… or have I picked up something that belongs in God’s hands?” Maybe that’s a question worth sitting with today. God, what am I carrying right now that you never asked me to carry?

God’s Fingerprint Woven into Your Very DNA
Did you know that your identity didn’t begin at birth? Long before you were ever conceived, God was already at work. He formed you. He knit you together in your mother’s womb. His thoughts toward you are more numerous than the grains of sand (Psalm 139:13–18). He created you with purpose and good plans for your life (Jeremiah 29:11). You were never an accident, an afterthought, or a burden. Recently, during my time with the Lord, I was given a picture that brought these verses to life. I saw God’s hand bringing together every part of a person’s “unformed substance.” As each unique piece came together, they began to intertwine until a DNA strand was formed. Then came the breathtaking realization: God’s fingerprints were woven throughout it. His love, His voice, His good thoughts toward you, His creativity, and even the song He sings over you were woven into your DNA from the very beginning. Our true identity isn’t something we have to manufacture or discover on our own. It was established by the One who created us. Every gift, every talent, every ability, every passion, and the very things that bring you joy were lovingly knit together on purpose, with purpose, and for a purpose. One stitch at a time… into you. If you’ve ever questioned your worth, your purpose, or whether God sees you, remember this: before you took your first breath, He already knew you. He intentionally formed you, delights in you, and His thoughts toward you are more numerous than the grains of sand. You are His masterpiece, woven together by His own hands. What Do You Need Freed From?
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” —John 8:36 ✝️ What do you need to be freed from today? Guilt? Shame? Unforgiveness? Bitterness? Old emotional wounds that have remained sore and festering for far too long? Sometimes God is simply asking us to willingly place those things into His hands. When we surrender what has been weighing us down, He gives us something far better in return: A crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. He offers freedom, peace, healing, and relief from the burdens we were never meant to carry. Is He calling you to let go of something and release it to Him today? “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me—for I am gentle and humble in heart—and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” —Matthew 11:28–30 “The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners…to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.” —Isaiah 61:1–3 Father God, I ask that You touch each person reading this. We welcome You here, Holy Spirit, because where Your Spirit is, there is freedom. Move upon hearts, Lord. Touch Your people. Release Your ministering angels to minister to them throughout the day and during the night watches as they sleep. Soften our hearts and help us to be willing to be willing—to trust You and believe that what You have for us is far better than anything we could ask or imagine. Set the captives free, Lord. Release those who are living in bondage to addiction, violence, abuse, trafficking, fear, lack, and cycles of poverty. Bring freedom, protection, healing, provision, and restoration in Jesus’ name.

Monday Encouragement
No matter what is going on in our lives….. Whether we are on the top of the mountain or bottom of the valley, Regardless of who is or is not supporting us mentally/ emotionally, Even if we “feel” all alone in our life journey……. The Lord is there, regardless of how we feel. We truly never are all alone. The Lord will sustain you. 💜🌸
