For some properties, my cash buyers end up selling to people with FHA loans, which causes their repair costs to increase and ends up ruining the deal. I’ve done all the hard work of connecting with buyers in all 50 states. I’m constantly calling buyers from PPC generated list of those who fill out the forms and get submitted to our CRM. I’m currently working with Investors in FL and PA right now and I have access to their buy boxes. There’s also CA, TX, AZ, etc. We need to connect.
