I raised this anomaly 6 hours ago, and it seems there’s still a glitch in the Matrix — no StreamYard links showing for tonight or the rest of September....

Missing StreamYard Links for Tonight + Sept?
Hi everyone,I’ve noticed that I’m not seeing any StreamYard links for tonight’s meeting — or for the rest of September. Can someone confirm if these will be posted closer to the start time, or if there’s been a change in how links are shared? Thanks for clarifying so I don’t miss anything. 🙏 — Aurea

Top Tips for Supermarket CCTV SARs (Need Cash, Going Out Tomorrow Morning)
Hello tribe 👋 I need to generate some cash, so tomorrow morning I'm heading out to submit CCTV Subject Access Requests (SARs) at all the supermarkets in my area — including Waitrose, M&S, M&S Foodhall, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, ASDA, Lidl, Aldi, and Booths. One small thing I'm overthinking: M&S Foodhall — I assume it's still part of Marks & Spencer, so no need to submit separately... but hey, my data's being recorded either way, so maybe that’s not even worth stressing about. Just wondering — anyone here who's actually done this on the ground got any tips from the trenches? Anything I should say (or avoid saying)? Specific locations or approaches that worked well for you? Appreciate any insights 🙏Time to get this moving 💥

@Graham Hughes thank you for sharing your journey so far. I remember seeing a video of Pete interviewing someone that was successful and can’t remember who/when…. I’ll give it a go today and see things pan out.

I've already mailed off notices to DPO
Letter Before Claim review
Hey everyone, I’m finalizing my Letter Before Claim to OVO and want to get it mailed out today. If anyone has time to review it and provide any suggestions, corrections, or amendments, I’d really appreciate it. I want to make sure it’s as strong as possible before proceeding with legal action. Let me know if you can take a look—thanks in advance! LETTER BEFORE CLAIM Time sensitive Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal, Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent This letter formally acknowledges receipt of the package dated 19/03/2025, referenced JR5N7A6BLB (any reference to reference numbers within this communication does not constitute acceptance of any contract between parties and is used solely for tracking and administrative purposes). The package, consisting of 502 pages, has been reviewed and noted; however, it fails to include the specific documents that have now been requested multiple times. The absence of these documents means the original request remains outstanding and unresolved. This marks the fifth and final request for the following: 1. A copy of the original contract bearing the recipient’s wet-ink signature. 2. A valid invoice verifying the legitimacy of the alleged charges. 3. Verification of authority proving the sender’s lawful ability to demand payment. 4. The sender’s DUNS number. 5. The sender’s Companies House registration number. 6. Evidence of lawful authority to enforce any demand for payment. 7. A Deed of Assignment, if applicable, showing any transfer of rights. 8. A Novation Agreement, if the contract has been transferred. 9. Confirmation of energy supply, identifying the lawful supplier of energy to the property. The continued failure to provide these essential documents strongly suggests one of two conclusions: 1. The sender is deliberately withholding the documents, raising serious concerns about transparency and legal compliance. 2. The requested documents do not exist, confirming there is no valid contract, agreement, or lawful basis for the alleged claim.

@J KThank you for your input. I’m still relatively new to all of this, but yes, Engage is now handling the debt collection for OVO, and I’m currently in the DSAR process with both OVO (who continues to send bills and hand-delivered notices). I’m also currently challenging speeding ticket (NIP), Yorkshire Water and Council Tax (Bristow & Sutor). I’ve learned early on that a fee schedule is a powerful tool in the debt validation process. It helps shift the power dynamic in your favor by setting clear terms upfront, holding the other party accountable. If they fail to provide lawful proof of the debt, they owe you money instead. This flips the financial burden, discourages harassment, and creates a legal record of their non-compliance. If they continue pursuing the claim without proof, the accumulated fees strengthen your position, allowing you to offset the alleged debt or even file a counterclaim. Ultimately, a fee schedule protects your rights, deters bad practices, and keeps you in control of the situation. Your energy/time is valuable!!!
