Letter Before Claim review
Hey everyone, I’m finalizing my Letter Before Claim to OVO and want to get it mailed out today. If anyone has time to review it and provide any suggestions, corrections, or amendments, I’d really appreciate it. I want to make sure it’s as strong as possible before proceeding with legal action. Let me know if you can take a look—thanks in advance! LETTER BEFORE CLAIM Time sensitive Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal, Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent This letter formally acknowledges receipt of the package dated 19/03/2025, referenced JR5N7A6BLB (any reference to reference numbers within this communication does not constitute acceptance of any contract between parties and is used solely for tracking and administrative purposes). The package, consisting of 502 pages, has been reviewed and noted; however, it fails to include the specific documents that have now been requested multiple times. The absence of these documents means the original request remains outstanding and unresolved. This marks the fifth and final request for the following: 1. A copy of the original contract bearing the recipient’s wet-ink signature. 2. A valid invoice verifying the legitimacy of the alleged charges. 3. Verification of authority proving the sender’s lawful ability to demand payment. 4. The sender’s DUNS number. 5. The sender’s Companies House registration number. 6. Evidence of lawful authority to enforce any demand for payment. 7. A Deed of Assignment, if applicable, showing any transfer of rights. 8. A Novation Agreement, if the contract has been transferred. 9. Confirmation of energy supply, identifying the lawful supplier of energy to the property. The continued failure to provide these essential documents strongly suggests one of two conclusions: 1. The sender is deliberately withholding the documents, raising serious concerns about transparency and legal compliance. 2. The requested documents do not exist, confirming there is no valid contract, agreement, or lawful basis for the alleged claim.
