I’ve just spoke with the estate agent that I have been building a relationship with and managed to have a good chat today with the valuer instead! We got on to talk about the house I viewed couple weeks ago that’s still on the market, @Sam Joy it’s the one I sent you! She said she’s pretty confident if could do a good job it will easily can go up for £200k-£210k.. she went and valued one yesterday in the same street for around £220k she said, but couldn’t disclose the actual address on it! Could I go off this now on the GDV or still have to go off the comps I had? Hope this makes sense 😂

Hello everyone, Hope you're all enjoying the swelterng heat this week. I'm based in the West Midlands and I work as an automotive engineer as a day job. I joined the group as a new member yesterday after @Sam Joy introduced me to the course. Sourcing deals is something I have never done before, and I thought it would be really interesting to learn how it all works and apply them to sourcing real deals to potential investors. That said, I look forward to see where this leads, learn from the people who have been in thisg group longer than I have, and fingers crossed, do this full-time in the years to come and replace my 9-5 job for good.
