Hi team, I have a 2 bed maisonette at auction on at 100k starting, property is a short lease with 32yr left, off street parking and a lock up garage. 1 day left on the bidding with no bids as of yet. the average property price around the area is £210k - £280k is there anyone who can help me do the numbers please...

going to work that out when I get back.. need to pull the photos and put them in the referb analyzer for a ball park estimate. from my building work experience I would say between 20 - 30k but il run the AI sim and see if im close

Hi Sam did you get a chance to look at the deals.... I am a quick learner... and I have observed that locking in a deal quickly once the numbers add up is a very important tool... I am not the only house hunter out there... so please... I am not here to waste your time.... I am expanding my knowledge very quickly.... just work with me... ok...
