Handstand
Is there some specific stretch for improving mobility and make the handstand more stable and better?

Front lever
I can hold full front lever for 2-3 seconds and 20+seconds with a (7-14kg) resistance band. I have never done any progressions for front lever. Should I learn by progressions or by using a lighter resistance band and trying to hold for more seconds. What is the best way to progress in this?

I can hold full front lever with (4-7kg) resistance band for about 5-10 seconds. Is that fine? And how to progress after that?

@Sadry Hachem I've been trying to bulk for 2 years now and I've only gained around 4kgs during that period. My metabolic rate is very fast that's the reason I'm not able to bulk up.

Shoulder pain after training muscle ups
Hi guys. I can do fairly decent muscle ups (legs together, minimal kip), but the day after I train my shoulders are destroyed, like I can’t train anything else for 1-3 days. Any advice would be good. I do a basic hanging warmup, into some round arm motions, and 2-3 sets of pull ups before doing 3-4 sets of muscle ups to failure.

I used to have shoulder pain when I started doing muscle ups. I think you'll get used to that form after a lot of practice. As long as your form is okay, it's gonna be alright. The shoulder pain is usually experienced once you reach the dip stage of the muscle up. So just check your form and everything is going to be alright. And you can also do specific warm ups for your shoulder joints.
