Hi everyone am mom of 1 height 5.2 weight 75 and age is 25 am 9 months postpartum and wanna lose weight for that i am joining this community. I have tried everything thing intermittent fasting keto diet but nothing worth it. And a problem is that am not consistent low motivation. I have insulin resistance and pcos

My name is Asma akram Am a house wife I am 25 years old height is 5.1 and weight is 75 I am from new york I am living with my in laws I have a baby boy I am diagnosed with pre diabetic and my whole pregnancy is like that i was diagnosed with diabetes in pregnancy gastational diabetes and i have insulin resistance and pcos I want to have my pre pregnancy weight which was 60. The main reason i am not consistent with any diet and workout I have craving for sweet and salty consistently
