monday motivation: improve outside the books too
For many of you, summer break has started. No more lectures. No more deadlines. And maybe… no more structure? Here’s a little reminder: this is the perfect time to improve in ways Uni never teaches you. - Learn how to cook 3 solid meals - Read a book just because it interests you (my current read: Think and Grow Rich - for the 3rd time haha) - Improve your fitness or start a sport (i'm training for a marathon in October) - Work on your mindset, routines, confidence - Volunteer, work part-time, or start a passion project Studying is important. But who you become outside of studying is just as important. So here’s your Monday mission: Pick one thing that excites you outside of your studies. And take the first step today.
